ABSOLUTE worst customer support. Charting software "bombs out" and support staff will not return emails to address the issue. I have used this charting software with predictive analytics for the past 6 months as a PAYING customer. Initially the tool worked as advertised. But over time you could see that the tool would erratically lose data for the stocks I track. Some stocks would work fine while others would just completely disappear. Make sure to see how you contact them if you need help. There is no phone number...for a reason!
