Is it really works? Some blog says it is a trojan or virus. And never works, cause have bug/error with creating archives.

Some people say the latest version of Intel Application Accelerator is 2.3. And, really, the official website offers to download this version and nothing more, but it also said that versions 4.0 and 4.7 exist
