Install Maker

Install Maker is a very simple installation distribution tool. It helps you to build installers for executable files.

This program automatically creates icons and folders in Windows' start menu and optionally on the desktop. It installs fonts, screensavers and activex controls, sets automatic floppy disk spanning, handles DLL installation, makes every text customizable, and even provides a customizable copyright box. It includes a complete uninstaller and handles uninstallation counters, giving you the possibility to remove keys from the registry, and enabling you to create your own language translations.

This complete version of Install Maker follows the standards set for all installation programs. It has no limitations in functionality and has unlimited rights for both commercial and non-commercial uses. The interface is well organized and quite simple; it is available in different languages. However, you need technical knowledge in order to use the application: there is no guide or help file available. The program is only compatible with Windows OS. Install Maker and Install Maker Pro have been replaced by the Install Creator series of software, which provides you some new features and updates compared to the older Install Maker series.
