14 Years as One of Europe’s Top Workplaces

We are proud to share that Centiro has once again been named one of the Best Workplaces in Europe for the 14th time! This recognition is a moment to celebrate the people who turn ambition into impact and values into action. Our people are at the core of everything we do and this achievement highlights the strength of that collective effort.   

Based on anonymous survey data, the award reflects employee experiences around trust, company values and leadership. This year, we climbed in the ranking from last year, moving from 52nd place to 12th – a testament to our continuous journey of developing and strengthening our culture.

Every year, tens of thousands of companies apply for Great Place to Work® certification. Over 2.6 million employees take part in the survey, yet only 100 companies make it onto the Europe’s Best Workplaces list. That makes us especially proud to be ranked #12!
