Finding Your Inner Stability
On Returning to the Timeless Part of You
Although I enjoy the quiet of winter, a short getaway to the warmth and sunshine was much needed. This past winter felt like a hard one — not due to the weather on the planet, but more the weather of the emotional body of the world. Flux. Confusion. Murky waters.
I welcomed the break from thoughts about work, projects, home plans. No mental loops about politics, though conversations around us hinted at where people stood. For a week, I let all of that go.
What I didn’t expect was how much time I’d spend floating and swimming in the saltwater pool. Hours, really. Suspended. Weightless. Held by something larger than myself.
It reminded me of what it feels like to live from my core center — that stable place inside that doesn’t shift even when everything around me does. The world can be chaotic, overwhelming, full of uncertainty. But when I’m anchored in that core space, I can move through it without being pulled under. I can float.
I don’t always live there. Life has a way of pulling me off center — the news, other people’s emotions, my own fears about what’s coming. But I know what it feels like to return. And I know the tools that help me get back.
One of those tools is energy work I’ve been offering for years — through workshops, practitioner trainings and now specifically, transmission events working with the Universal Calibration Lattice, an aspect of our energetic system. This year, I’m moving into a new layer of that work called the Inner Lattice, the energetic structure of our core consciousness. It’s the part of us that remains stable even when the outer world feels like it’s falling apart. When I work with it, I feel that same weightlessness I felt in the pool. Supported. Free. Centered. And yet, very grounded and very present.
This year’s series is about actualization — embodying and living from these frequencies in daily life, not just awakening to them. I’ll be completing the advanced training myself, and after each piece, I’ll be offering transmission sessions for anyone who feels called to receive that work.
The first session focuses on the Heart Toroid — Infinite Love and Wholehearted Presence. More details here
This work feels particularly important right now. The collective is shifting in ways that can feel destabilizing, and having access to your own core center — your inner stability — matters more than ever.
How are you feeling right now? What helps you return to your core center when life throws you off balance? Do you have the tools you need to navigate these times?
If this kind of work resonates, I’d love to have you join. And if you’re not sure what any of this means but something in you is curious, that’s enough. Trust that.
