ING Impact and Output

Salam / Greetings of Peace,

2026 marks ING’s 33rd anniversary, a milestone defined not only by longevity, but by impact. For over three decades, we have advanced pluralism through education, dialogue, and civic engagement, helping institutions and communities navigate differences with knowledge, empathy, and purpose.

Our work reaches thousands each year, from students and educators to healthcare professionals, corporate leaders, and public servants, equipping them with the tools to strengthen understanding, build trust, and respond to moments of tension with clarity and care.

We invite you to explore our latest Impact Report and see how this work is making a difference across the country: Impact Report – 2023_2024_2025.

This work is only possible because of the community that stands behind it. If you believe in building a more informed, inclusive, and connected society, we invite you to support ING and be part of what comes next. Visit www.ing.org/donate to contribute.

With gratitude,
Maha Elgenaidi
Founder & Executive Director

Our impact reports provide comprehensive qualitative analyses of the meaningful change achieved through our initiatives and the fulfillment of our mission. By leveraging tools such as before-and-after surveys, requester evaluations across multiple dimensions, storytelling, and testimonials, we showcase the tangible ways our efforts drive sustainable, positive transformation. These reports not only highlight our alignment with our mission but also serve as a testament to the lasting value we create in the organizations and communities we serve.

Our output reports are designed to document what has been accomplished, focusing on the quantity and scope of deliverables produced as part of our initiatives. Unlike impact reports, which assess the effects and changes brought about by our work, output reports emphasize the operational aspects of our activities. Metrics such as the number of workshops conducted and locations by category are central to these reports.
