Getting Started

Eventnoire is an online event discovery and ticketing registration platform that makes it easy to find and attend experiences that celebrate culture and community.

Click Sign Up on the homepage, enter your name, email, and password.

Once logged in, go to your dashboard and click Create Event. You’ll be guided through adding your event details, tickets, and payout settings.

Yes — Eventnoire is free for event organizers. There are no upfront costs to create or publish events, and you keep 100% of your ticket price. We charge a service fee per ticket sold, which is usually paid by attendees. You can choose to either absorb the fee or pass it on to your guests at checkout.

Buying tickets

Go to the event page, select your ticket type, enter your info, and complete your payment. You’ll get a confirmation email right after.

Tickets are emailed to you after purchase. You can also have them resent to using the Resned Confirmation email link at the bottom of the Event Registration page.

Each organizer sets their own refund policy. Check the event page or contact the organizer directly through the Contact Organizer button.

Payments & Payouts

Connect your Stripe account under Organization Payout Settings before selling tickets for your event.  Payouts are sent 1–2 business days after your event ends.

If a Stripe account is not connected before ticket sales begin:

  • Ticket revenue is collected by Eventnoire
  • Payouts are issued separately by Eventnoire after the event
    • You’ll need to submit a payout request. Our team will process funds held on your behalf.
    • Submit Payout Request
  • Payouts follow Eventnoire’s payout schedule and platform policies
  • Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may impact final payout amounts

Currently, each event can only be connected to one Stripe account.

Eventnoire applies both service fees and payment processing fees to ticket sales.

  • Service Fees: Charged by Eventnoire for use of the platform
  • Processing Fees: Charged by Stripe for credit card transactions

By default, both fees are paid by the attendee at checkout, unless the organizer chooses to absorb them.

Eventnoire uses Stripe as its payment processor.

  • Processing Fee: 3.4% + $0.30 per transaction

This fee is standard, and not adjustable.

Eventnoire applies a service fee to tickets sold on the platform.

  • Standard Service Fee: 12% + $0.99 per ticket
  • Customization: Service fees may be adjusted upon request and approval
  • Approved Range: 3% + $0.99c to 20% + $0.99c
  • Adjustments depend on the event type, partnership structure, or level of platform support
  • Any approved changes must be confirmed before ticket sales begin

Attendee Paid (Default):
By default, both service fees and processing fees are paid by the attendee at checkout.

Organizer Paid (Optional):
Organizers may choose to absorb the service fee, the processing fee, or both.
When absorbed, fees are deducted from ticket proceeds.

If you connect your Stripe account before ticket sales begin, ticket revenue is paid directly to you by Stripe as purchases occur, subject to Stripe’s payout timing and policies.

To request a service fee adjustment, email support@eventnoire.com
with your event details and desired service fee.

  • Requests must fall within the 3% + $0.99 to 20% + $0.99 range
  • Changes must be approved and confirmed before ticket sales begin
