Canvas and real paints are rare, here; Michiru will use what she can get her hands on.

She turns the camera to face her. Still elegant, she is also a little puffy-eyed and red-nosed, and people near the Temple will know that she's spent the past week or so in her room with an annoying cough and congestion.

She sounds a little stuffy when she speaks, too.]

If you tell me about something from home, I'll try to draw it for you.
Last week made it painfully clear that we are not prepared for real disaster.

Adstringendum is a haphazard community, but a community nonetheless. I can't force participation or input, but I would like to speak with people willing to put forth the effort and time to either fortify the city or create plans for things like what happened last week.

[Michiru's words are clipped, deliberate. Her eyes are soft, however. Sympathetic.]

We obviously can't predict everything, and that's not what I assume to do. But there were too many people hurt last week, and too many people incapable of protecting themselves in situations that dangerous getting themselves injured. There is a lot of talk of sticking together. We need to actually do it.

I'm not delegating myself as a leader, because I'm not a leader. Something needs to be done, though - something organized.
