After conducting b&p inspection we requested certain minor defects to be fixed, which she got fixed and went beyond that to identify a major defect with the heating (and got it fixed by herself). During settlement there were some issues with vendor’s documents (unexpectedly), but with Kanan’s help and follow-ups with vendor’s conveyancer it got resolved, and the settlement turned out to be smooth.
