set it to multiply at 50% opacity

Set it to lighten

5. Image->Adjustments->Hue/Satuartion
HUE: -89
SATURATION: -58
LIGHTNESS: -2
(If you want another color then just play around with hue and saturation.)

6. Add some text I've added "House of lights" written with font RomanD(10px)
