I ran out of time before the con as the entire timeline needed to be re-edited at the last minute — my earbuds were connected via bluetooth instead of their wifi dongle, so the timing of most clips was off due to audio lag. 🙄

It's not too different, I've just played around with some timing, swapped out a few clips and cleaned up the dialogue.

Notes: This is as much a love letter to the book as it is to the film. I'm a huge fan of the book and although the film never quite captures the overall feel of the novel I can't help but adore it. Yes, the last third is rather messy, and I'll never forgive the treatment of Amy's character, but Chase Williamson and Rob Mayes are perfection. Each of their scenes together, especially those which are taken word for word from the book, fill me with joy and have helped me to accept and appreciate the film for what it is and not dwell on what it isn't.
