Indigo Palm Collective | Boutique Desert Vacation Rentals
The desert is waiting. Which house is yours?
Pool light on the mountains, cold drink in your hand, shoulders actually down. You've stopped checking the time.
That's what we're after. Four homes in the Coachella Valley, each one different, all of them built so the house just works and you don't have to think about it.
Four Homes. Find Yours.
Same attention to detail, four different personalities. Pick the one that fits.
Cozy Cactus
Indio | 3BR/2BA | Sleeps 10
The first rental where parents actually relax.
Pack-n-play set up before you arrive, sound machines in both kids' rooms, labeled drawers, a Stokke high chair, and coffee ready before anyone's awake. The organizing is done. You just have to show up.
Terra Luz
Indio | 3BR/2BA | Kahlo Blue Pool
Old Havana character, one Frida-blue pool, and the kind of place where you slow down without meaning to.
Terracotta courtyard, Kahlo blue saltwater pool, and a Cuban-warm interior designed by brand architect Dawn Asher. There's Cuban roasted coffee on the counter, Mexican dominos on the shelf, and a kitchen terrace with a pass-through window that faces the water.
The Sundune
Palm Springs | 2BR/2BA | Coastal Desert
The Palm Springs you remember from old photos, but with good mattresses.
Three king beds, linen curtains catching the morning light, Palm Canyon Drive four minutes on foot. Coastal desert vibes without the flamingo art and turquoise door. The version that keeps people coming back.
The Well
Palm Springs | 1BR/1BA | Sleeps 4
Small, quiet, and exactly what you needed.
Walk in, drop your bag, and the space takes care of you. Clean lines, warm wood, a teal velvet couch that's better than it looks in photos. No noise, no clutter, no one asking anything of you.
What Guests Say
4.97 stars across 300+ reviews on Airbnb.
"Eann's place was absolute perfection. From the carefully labeled switches and drawers to the awesome coffee bar. Every single detail was thought of. I have never written a review so quickly and enthusiastically."
Jessica R., The Cozy Cactus
"Such an amazing space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. Eann was such a responsive host. We even extended our stay because we loved it so much."
Claire B., The Sundune
"Eann's home was perfect for our family of 5. My toddler was obsessed with 'golf' and we putted for hours. I can't recommend this place enough."

Why We Host
It started with one rental in Indio. Four houses later, the reason is still the same.
I started hosting because I kept renting places that had everything on the checklist and nothing that made me feel anything. The snack drawer had no snacks. The junk drawer had only junk. The coffee bar was a Keurig and a single packet of decaf. I'd stand in someone else's kitchen hunting for a bowl and feel like an inconvenience in my own vacation.
So I built the opposite. A place where the snack drawer actually has snacks, the coffee bar is loaded before you wake up, and every drawer is labeled because life's too short to hunt for scissors. Then I built another one, and two more after that. Each one different on purpose: Terra Luz for the guest who wants to feel like they've landed somewhere real, Cozy Cactus for the family that just needs someone to handle the logistics, The Sundune for the three couples splitting a long weekend in Palm Springs, The Well for the person who needs a few days of quiet.
What connects all four: you shouldn't have to think about the house. It should just work. Before you show up, we've already thought through what you'll need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Airbnb charges guests 14-20% in service fees on top of the nightly rate. When you book directly, that money stays with you. No hidden charges, no booking fees, same house. Use code DIRECT10 for an additional 10% off.
Cozy Cactus and Terra Luz are walking distance to Empire Polo Club — about 1.5 miles on foot via Eisenhower Drive (roughly 19 minutes). No shuttle lines, no surge pricing. The Sundune is in Palm Springs, roughly 25 minutes out. If being close to the grounds matters, the Indio properties are the ones.
Yes, Terra Luz is our pet-friendly vacation rental in Indian Palms Country Club — dogs welcome with advance approval. Reach out at indigopalmco@gmail.com before booking so we can confirm the details and any pet fee.
Cozy Cactus. Three bedrooms, sleeps up to 8, and we set up the pack-n-play before you check in. There are sound machines in both kids' rooms, a putting green in the backyard, toys already out, pool and hot tub ready. Parents consistently say it's the first rental that actually made the trip easier instead of harder.
Every direct booking includes 24/7 text support, coffee and tea, toiletries, pool towels, WiFi, and all utilities. Each property has its own extras on its page, but none of the basics are missing. We've stayed in places where they were, and we built these so you don't have to deal with that.
Yes, and this is honestly one of the main reasons people pick these houses. No shuttle lines, no surge pricing at 2am. From the property it's about 0.7 miles within Indian Palms to the front security gate, then another 0.3 miles to the Yellow Path at 49th and Monroe, so roughly 1.5 miles total via Eisenhower Dr (about 19 minutes). Wear shoes you can actually walk in, the path is gravel. Heads up: pedestrians aren't allowed on Monroe between Ave 49 and 52, or on Madison between Ave 50 and 52.
Yes. Community members inside Indian Palms run informal golf cart rides to the front gate, usually around $5/person for a bigger group or $10/person for smaller ones. Worth it if you want to save your feet for the festival. We'll put current contact info in your welcome book closer to your stay.
Avoid driving during festival hours if you can at all help it. The area around 48th and Monroe turns into a parking lot. If you have to drive, use the Monroe Gate (main guest entry, the only one with security staff). Don't try the Avenue 50 Gate since it's residents-only and you'll just get turned around. Avenue 50 between Madison and Monroe closes completely Friday through Sunday during festival weekends, along with several other nearby streets. We'll send you the full road closure map in your welcome book.
Quite a bit, actually. The community has 3 pools, pickleball courts (we keep paddles at the house), and tennis courts where you can rent rackets with an ID. There's also a fitness center at the Lifestyle Center. If you want access to any of these, just let us know before you arrive and we'll get it sorted.
