Our Instagram Account at सादा / SAADAA is restricted from sending a message to our customers (@saadaadesigns). Tried raising a ticket on Meta's support and the chat representative says there's no clear ETA on when we can start sending messages and why this is happening. We have more than 1 million customers and 500k+ followers on our Instagram Account. Even the Meta support cannot escalate the same. And this is after spending more than $1.8 million dollars on Meta's platform every year. Please help Adam Mosseri , Nitin Nair , Piyush Goyal , We are a bootstrapped business and Instagram is the heart of our support.
