Solution

Critical Business Analysis (an IMS subsidiary) partnered with Rudolph Libbe to analyze, implement, and integrate Primavera Expedition (now Primavera Contract Management) with the company's accounting systems. CBA (an IMS subsidiary) conducted needs assessments, identified process overlaps, supported data mapping and business rule development, created custom forms and workflows, and provided user training. Following implementation, CBA continued to support Rudolph Libbe through process development, custom reporting, technical support, workflow optimization, monthly financial review processes, and ongoing Primavera P5, P6, and Contract Management training.
