An innovation institute serving local and regional transitions
As Université Côte d'Azur's Institute of Innovation and Partnerships, IMREDD develops collaborative ecosystems between research, business and the public sector. Its mission is to respond to the major climatic, environmental, social and economic challenges facing our regions.
IMREDD acts as an accelerator of sustainable transitions at the level of cities, districts and organisations, by promoting innovative, practical solutions.
Two main themes for a common objective:
The resilience of territories and populations in the context of global changes
- Territories and socio-environmental challenges
- Territories and organisations faced with risks and disasters
These axes structure the Strategic Activity Areas of the IMREDD: risks and crises, environment, mobility, energy, futurology, integrating issues of ethics, well-being, behaviour and usage.
