HOW DO I???????????????????????????????/

HOW DO I GET A RESPONSE FROM LIVEJOURNAL TO FIX MY LIVEJOURNAL PROBLEMS. I use to like coming on here and sharing things and finding out things about my online friends but since all these problems have started I just get so feed up waiting for the pages to refresh I come stright off, but i don't want to do that. I like it here and have some very good online friends that I am very proud of
