I feel like utter crap today. I can't take most of my medications from now until surgery, including any painkillers or vitamins, and I am feeling the full brunt of aches and nausea today. My blood sugar is haywire too. I'm just a mess, and my husband won't be home at all tonight, and my house is a mess and my kids are a mess and laundry needs doing and animals need feeding and kids need baths and food and I can't even bend over to wipe myself without simultaneously feeling like I'm about to hurl AND triggering a gallbladder attack.

It would be funny if it didn't hurt so much.

Thank god my parents live nearby. I'm sending the kids to my mom's for a few hours.

Now I just need someone to come and feed my animals and wipe my ass for me.
