RETURN YOUR HERBELIN WATCH
Did you choose the wrong watch strap size or have you changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the product or proceed with an exchange, in accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
Please note that shipping costs for returning your watch for a refund or exchange are your responsibility and are not refundable. If your watch was purchased through one of our partner watchmakers-jewelers, we invite you to return it directly to this authorized partner.
How to return your HERBELIN watch?
1. Request a return and refund via our contact formby selecting "Returns and Refunds."
2. Our Customer Service will provide you with the postal address to which you should return the watch. Please choose a shipping service with tracking or purchase insurance for the shipment to guarantee the successful delivery of your returned item.
3. In the case of a return request, the item must be new and unworn, with all tags attached. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged in its original packaging to protect it during transport.
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you may be held liable for any damage to the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product. As per Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, product use must be limited to handling similar to what you would be permitted to do in a store.
Should the returned product be damaged or incomplete, penalties may be applied by Herbelin, according to the following scale:
- Damaged Standard Buckle: 20 €
- Damaged deployment buckle or clasp: 50 € incl. VAT
- FKM strap adjusted and sized in our workshops: 150 € incl. VAT
- Damaged leather strap: 70 € incl. VAT
- Damaged metal bracelet: 140 € incl. VAT
- Damaged watch box: 150 € incl. VAT
- Missing packaging, box, protection, or extra links: 50 € incl. VAT
These penalties will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Timeframe and Methods
Your refund will be processed via the payment method used when placing your order (Stripe, PayPal, or Alma), within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).
As stated previously, returned items that are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled will not be refunded, or will be partially refunded.
