Listing Editor Warning for Vrbo and Airbnb
When a change is made in the Vrbo listing editor, it takes about 24 hours to sync, but this information is not available anywhere. It would be great to have a sign warning about this. When a change is made in the Airbnb listing editor, sometimes the field is blocked from editing in the Airbnb API. It would also be great if iGMS gave out a warning when a field is blocked by Airbnb.

It would be nice a few fields we could place fixed costs to the property, so in the reports, clicking in Monthly Revenue, it would be deducted from the sum of the current reservations, it would give a prediction of profit.

Since iGMS wants to position as a global product and attract foreign business. It should be a high priority to address a common issue with language definition for communications. There should be a way that the whole account, including the reservations, are set to a standard language (Portuguese at my case), and avoid mixed languages communication in the same thread and standardize the approach and voice tone. Since all the platforms nowadays auto-translate the conversation when a foreign individual places a reservation, it is worthless spending a considerable amount of time in manually setting the language to each thread.

Even if the previous night did not have any guest or even if you lower the previous guest checkout time. This impacts door code creation as manually another code needs to be defined at Jervis rather than having this fixed at reservation level.

This can happen if: • iGMS isn't configured to use Stripe Tax for payment processing • The integration between iGMS and Stripe isn't passing the necessary parameters to trigger tax calculation • iGMS is calculating and adding tax on its own, separate from Stripe Tax 2. iGMS may be calculating tax independently Property management systems like iGMS often have their own tax calculation features. If iGMS is calculating tax separately and just processing payments through Stripe, those taxes wouldn't appear in Stripe's Tax section—they would only show as part of the total transaction amount.” Please enable Stripe Tax in your Stripe integration to allow us to track the taxes of our bookings through Stripe.

Two different properties using igms. We should be able to login with one email and see all exisiting daily work in one log in even if it’s with different owners using this app. It makes it difficult to log in and log out and still wait for it to load then hopefully have WiFi while connecting bc sometimes it doesn’t load. That’s about all it would be a big help time consuming for someone who is constantly on this app. Thanks hope this helps for the future!

I was trying to edit my property page. It was confusing in that it showed a random image that wasn’t my property during editing but on preview it was my property. Further, it allowed me to create new sections and populate them but then when I published and they viewed it, the only things that showed were the header, footer and property. I asked support over and over about why this was and spent hours. finally I created another page and found that I could do it on there but no on a property page. Why does it allow it if it doesn’t work or warn. Also, allow different fonts or at least bold/underline/italics on the text. makes it VERY bland.

It would be very helpful to have a variable that identifies the booking source or OTA in reservation notifications and automated messages. Currently, when a new reservation notification is received, it does not clearly indicate whether the reservation was made through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Direct Booking, or another channel. Adding a variable such as {{booking_source}} or {{booking_platform}} would allow users to include this information in automated notifications and templates. This would make it easier for property managers to quickly identify the origin of each reservation without having to open the booking details. Example use case: "New reservation for {{listing_name}} made via {{booking_platform}}." Possible values could include: Airbnb Booking.com VRBO Direct Booking Other connected channels This feature would improve notification clarity, automation workflows, and operational efficiency, especially for users managing multiple channels.

iGMS currently only sends in-app notifications for inquiries, booking requests or alteration requests if they are sent with a manually typed message from the guest. If they’re by themselves, without any messages, no notifications will be sent at all. Therefore it is very easy to miss Direct Booking requests altogether and it has happened to me. Can we please request the same notifications for Direct Booking inquiries, confirmed bookings, failed payments, etc as we have for the other channels. It really hurts when we miss a Direct Booking opportunity for such a simple thing! Thanks!
