Verification and Pre-Compliance Testing
Verification ensures that developed electronic assemblies meet all functional and technical requirements. We rely on a proven bottom-up approach: individual modules are tested step by step and then integrated into the overall system. Depending on project requirements, we use either manual or automated test systems for module and integration testing—a clear advantage, especially in agile development processes. In our state-of-the-art development lab, we test assemblies under realistic conditions directly on devices and systems.
This allows specifications to be validated early on, reduces the number of iteration cycles, and shortens development time. The high level of software test coverage, combined with suitable bootloader solutions, also enables efficient field testing.
In addition, pre-compliance testing plays a central role in addressing regulatory requirements early on. Aspects such as electrical safety, functional safety, EMC, fire safety, and material requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH) are specifically addressed as early as the development phase. Through testing conducted throughout the development process—such as EMC, endurance, or insulation tests—we sustainably enhance design reliability. Potential vulnerabilities are identified and resolved early on, ensuring that subsequent certification processes run more smoothly and minimizing risks during market launch.
