Stephen and Zoe were incredible to work with. From the very first consultation, they were attentive, asked thoughtful questions to really understand what we were looking for, and quickly grasped both our business and the tone of our new direction. Stephen couldn’t have been more responsive - he helped us go from ground zero in our design thinking to a website that has already received countless compliments from both new and long-standing contacts in our market.

I’d probably suggest we were quite particular with the tweaks and suggestions we made through the process, yet we were never made to feel like anything we asked was too much trouble. They were flexible with our changing timelines, worked over weekends to get last minute updates complete and continue to offer ongoing support now the site has gone live.

This is my 1st experience of building my own company website and I have been a client of Quicklaunch for about four months, from the initial phone call to the creation of my website and branding, Quicklaunch couldn’t have been any more helpful. When I first started my business, I was quoted huge numbers to create my website and it scared me. I ran straight to a low cost product and battled through poor brand, integration issues with other applications and all sorts of other pain.
Then I met Steve. OMG it was like a breath of fresh air. With no ridiculous set up fees (it was perfectly reasonable in fact!!) and a small, nominal monthly subscription... I was able to get the website of my dreams. Fully integrated with other business systems, I've been able to automate elements of my business, improve operations and (most importantly) have a brand that I am proud to shout about online.

For the set up, The base templates for the header and footers were created within a couple of days for my review. I sent across my 50+ pages (no lie) and the team worked quickly to create the site. The working/development site was live quickly and we were able to work together on changes or modifications that were needed.

Reference in-life service management, changes are typically made within 24 hours. Complex requests can take a little longer, but never anything more than 3 days.

I cannot thank Steve and his team enough for making such a profound difference to my business and its operations. I very much endorse their services.
