When you add delay between your live website and your RSS feed, you get a little time window to catch any accidental error on a live website and fix it.

The error could be any grammatical mistake in your article.

RSS feeds are also used by Content Thieves and Content scraping websites. They use it to monitor your website and copy your content and paste it on thier websites or blogs.

Sometimes these content scraping websites beat you in Google search results.

You can download and install the plugin by any of the 2 mentioned methods:

FIRST METHOD
* Download the plugin from official WordPress repository.
* Extract and upload the contents of the archive to ‘yourserver.com/wp-content/plugins/delay-rss-feeds/’
* Login to your WordPress admin panel and browse to the Plugins section.
* Activate the ‘Delay RSS Feeds’ WordPress Plugin.
* Go to the Settings –> Delay RSS Feeds.
* Enable the plugin.
* Do customizations else leave the default values.

SECOND METHOD
* Install using Plugins –> Add New.
* Activate the ‘Delay RSS Feeds’ WordPress Plugin.
* Go to the Settings –> Delay RSS Feeds.
* Enable the plugin.
* Do customizations else leave the default values.
