We research on policy, regulatory and institutional issues impacting the telecom sector in India

ICRIER and Vodafone Idea Centre for Telecom (InViCT) is an autonomous research centre anchored at Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), New Delhi. Formerly, it was situated at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) as the Idea-IIM Ahmedabad Telecom Centre of Excellence.

The centre focuses on research on policy, regulatory and institutional issues impacting telecom sector in India. The centre undertakes research activities to identify and capture best practices across countries, knowledge creation and sharing, and addressing the needs of regulation, policy and governance in the sector. It also regularly disseminates knowledge and information through research publications, working papers, monographs, opinion articles, round table meetings and seminars.
