Congratulations to everyone. Oh, and I won't be posting the vote totals: I always hate seeing them.

obvme: Well! The icon is altogether quite nice, of course. The text along the bottom is slightly difficult to read, I wouldhave left off the brush/texture behind it and possibly used a sharper font. The eye on used is very striking, along with that yellowed look to it.

wilde_moon: The monotone look works well for you, but I find the text is a little bit misplaced, as if you weren't quite sure where to put it so smooshed it into the corner. I do enjoy the lightning look from the right eye, but the left could have used something as well, as the icon is a bit lopsided right now.

opendestiny: I like the animation here, but the tiny, blurry text really distracts from the icon itself. It might have been more striking as per the lyrics if the blue eye was the one that we faded too quickly and then rested on another color. I'd add a border and work on clarifying the text.

Remember that Icons for Challenge Two: Dancing Through Life are due on Friday the 14th. That gives you a little bit less than a week to enter if you haven't.

And PLEASE pimp out this community to your friends, associates, and other communities if you can. I don't imagine the next challenge running for a year is something ANY of us want. Thanks a lot!

Since the last challenge was a slight downer, I picked a more upbeat song. ^.^ (Plus I am so into Wicked right now) I chose a few snippets rather than the entire song, though.

Voting should be your top three choices in an understandable format such as First, Second, Third. There will be NO special catagory. Votes will be tallied sometime before next Saturday, depending on if people are actually around to vote.

Please do not vote for your own icon or for any reason besides the merit of the icon.

We um... officially have five entries. And since it's been over a year, I'm just going to go ahead and post the voting now. Yay.

However, I really do not have the time or interest to be running this community right now. Does anyone want it? You could basically do anything you'd want, but I'd like to retain partial ownership because, well, my idea and whatever. Let me know. Replies NOT screened.

Nevermind, I can do this. I will, however, be tweaking the rules a bit to give every contest two weeks, which gives me two weeks and is less of a hassle.

I just wanted to note that I am still here, accepting entries and ever so patiently waiting for at least five to trickle in so I can set a deadline. There's three now, just as a note.
