Hi, everyone. I've wrestled with this decision for several days now. My life has been extremely difficult recently. You will probably notice I have disappeared for sometimes weeks at a time. I am no longer able to maintain this community to the standard that I think you all deserve.

iconaday will be going on an indefinite hiatus, effective immediately.

I want to thank all of you for your support and understanding. It was genuinely fun to see all of your wonderful work.

I apologize profusely for the way things have been running around here lately. I was recently and unexpectedly hospitalized for a week and a half, so I am playing mad catch up. This leaves no time for LJ.

Never fear! iconaday is not going away! We are simply going on a 2 week hiatus. We'll be back November 15th with the rest of User Submitted Themes Fortnight, a claims purge, and a new mod application.

If you would like to make a new icon in the next two weeks, I am opening up the last 5 themes (1172 - 1177) to count towards your claim. Even if you have already submitted one to that theme you may submit one additional, but not a variation on the first and please try to use themes you have not submitted to first.
