Full PS7 Tutorial- includes intro to masking

Written for PS7, probably translates to other versions and PSP. I've included quick and dirty explanations of masking and adjustment layers (levels), two of my favorite tricks. Please note that this is written for those who already have a basic understanding of icon making and is intended as a way to pick up new tricks, not to copy the style exactly.
