Photoshop Elements 0.2
I am just teaching myself to make icons, and am having a great deal of success actually. But it occurs to me that my program (Photoshop Elements 0.2) is NOT the same as 'Photoshop'. Wow. Revelation.
I cannot seem to blend images together. I cannot get new brushes to load. ?? I've been looking at the tutorials but can't seem to find anything.
Help? Or at least, definite facts, such as, no you really can't blend images in that program.
