Making Icons.

For making movie icons, I've heard that virtual dub is a good program, but on Kazaa I can't find anyone who has it. I was wondering if this name is spelt wrong or something, or if there is another program that is relatively easy to make screencaps from to make movie icons.

Any help is very much appreciated. :)
