Hi, I'm Krissie and new to this community. I used to have the program on my old computer and it never gave me any problems, but now I'm on a new one. I've got Jasc Animation Shop 3, the free trial version. But, I have a problem. Every time I save, it optimizes whatever I've made so it looks horrible.
This is how horrible it gets:
(I made the frames and sent them to my friend to save as an icon file)
saves as this on my computer:
I'm assuming that it automatically optimizes so much whenever I save something, and I've tried to save then hit cancel really quick to stop it from optimizing but it does nothing.
Any advice you guys can give me, I just want to know how to stop it from automatically optimizing, or how to adjust how much it will automatically optimize whenever I save.
