Question about translation for PS7:

Hi, first time posting here blah blah blah...

Now, for my question: in this lovely tutorial for PSP9 by califsunkissed2 , there is a step in which you "Choose Adjust>Photo Fix>Digital Camera Noise Removal".....I really like the effect this has, but I use PS7. Is there an effect or technique in which you can achieve similar results. I have tried a few things myself, but I have not come anywhere close to that glossy look.

Any ideas? Please & Thank you!
