Question: How can I fix my animated icons so that they arent super huge.

This icon has about 125 frames.



photobucket resized it and then its still about 240k...

but i've SEEN icons that are SUPER smooth, and less than 40k! HOW DO YOU PEOPLE DO IT!!!!?????
