Question

I have a question about saving images in Photoshop CS. When images are very large, they're shown as being at 66.7% or 50%. (If you don't know what the hell I'm talking about, this is what I mean.) Is there any way to make an image open at a certain percent? I have some pictures that are about 630x470, and it's getting annoying to have this huge picture on my screen every time I open it.
