Full Icon Tutorial- lots of gradients (PS7)

I posted this on my own journal awhile ago, and never got around to sharing it here. It's fairly advanced and intended for people who already know their way around Photoshop at least a bit. I'm thinking it should translate to PSP, but I'm not sure.
