Duplicate the base and set it to screen %60 - But its different for all images.
Create a new layer and color fill the image with #fffc00 and set it to softlight 100%
Now do a selective color layer with the following
REDS Cyan: -100 Magenta: 0 Yellow: +100 Black: +100 YELLOWS Cyan: -23 Magenta: 0 Yellow: -20 Black: 0 MAGENTAS Cyan: -100 Magenta: -100 Yellow: -100 Black: 0 NEUTRALS Cyan: +67 Magenta: -19 Yellow: -80 Black: +13
Duplicate the background layer drag it up to the top and set it to soft light %57 (again this depends on your image)
Now do a color balance layer with the following
| MIDTONES: -100, -54, +15 | SHADOWS: -16, +11, +9 | HIGHLIGHTS: +9, -28, +16 |
Now add your brushes, textures & font and your done!
