Cartoon Coloring

I was wondering how to achieve good coloring on Disney Icons, for the older movies that were kind of weak on coloring, like the old Fox and the Hound, Aladdin and The Little Mermaid :) Thanks

SORRY, I did read the rules and for some reason the picture I uploaded isn't showing, its not my fault it disappeared.

I'm using photoshop and I'd like coloring like this



Is that better or did I make a mistake again??
