To make your graphic look nice with this tutorial, I suggest images that are B&W. :D That's probably it. Hahaha.

Okay, open your image, resize it to your desired size. I "UNSHARP MASK" my image first with this setting, you can if you want to, but my image was a bit blurry:
UNSHARP MASK
amount: 50
radius: 1.0
threshold: 0

01.
Make a new layer [CTRL + ALT + N] and use a round soft brush. The size of it shouldn't be any bigger than their face. Change the size every time you have to go through a small part to make the graphic look "perfect". Use the "[" "]" keys to change the size of your brush easily.
Use a color like this: #FFAC93
This is going to be like coloring in a picture. Take your brush and color around their skin. Set this layer to COLOR and change the opacity of it to 70%.

02.
Make another new layer.
Use a color like this: #FFEBBB
This will also be the skin's color. Do the same thing you did above. Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT. I left mine at 100%.

03.
Make a new layer.
Use a color like this: #FF5757
This will be for the lips or for a girl, it can also be for her cheeks if you want her to look like she's wearing blush. Color in the lips and set this layer to OVERLAY.

04.
Make a new layer.
Use a color like this: #EE931E
This is for his hair. You can use any color if you had wanted. Like, just make sure their hair has white spots so if you want him to be a blond, it won't look too fake. If the subject's hair is too dark, make their hair a darker color or change the opacity. Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT and change the opacity to 50%.

05.
Make a new layer.
Use a color like this: #EE5E1E
This is for his sunglasses. If your subject isn't wearing any glasses, then you can skip this step. Set this layer to OVERLAY and change the opacity to 60%.

You are done coloring it in!! Now, once you get the hang of this, it'll be super easy and you won't hate B&W images as much as I did! ♥ I'd show you some examples, but I don't think it's necessary. Well, once you're done coloring in your image, just FLATTEN your image and do what you always do to colored images.

Then you should be done!! :D Cool? I would give you the .PSD, but it's super simple and you can do it without it.
