your choice of color balance :)

1. Prepare your base
2. New Selective Colouring Layer:
Neutrals: +32, 0, -40, 0

3. Paste this texture and set it to multiply.

hmm... looks a little bit dark doesn't it?
We'll fix that in a bit.
4. New brightness/contrast layer:
brightness: +39
contrast: +21

5. Paste this circle texture and set it to screen. Move it around anywherre you like.

6. Paste this texture and set it to screen. Erase any parts you want if it's covering anything important.

7. Paste this texture and set it to overlay.
>>
8. Paste this texture and set it to screen. Move it around to anywhere you wish.

9. Add this last texture and set it to screen. You might want to dupicate that texture and play with the opacity if you don't want the blue to be that transparent.

10.Add some tiny text
And you're done! Adding your own stuff and experimenting always makes the icon look at its best.
