Made in CS3 and uses selective coloring


First of I duplicated the base 5 times and set to screen
Next a new layer set to color burn. With the color #bae6ff and set to 50%
new selective coloring layer: reds: cyaan -60
new selective coloring layer: reds: cyaan +26, yellow +100
new color balance layer: midtones: +19, 0, -20
new hue/saturation layer +20

works best with jericho caps
