Problems with Cropping ; Photoshop V8.0

Okay, so my photoshop was working fine literally thirty minutes ago, but I think I might have pressed something weird. I was cropping my image, but as I clicked the picture to start the crop, all it did was move the picture around. It wasn't even using the 'crop' tool, it switched to the 'hand' tool. . . You know the one that grabs the image and moves it from the frame? Yeah. So even when I pressed the 'crop tool' again, it reverts back to using the hand tool, and all it will let me do is zoom in and out.

Help, please?


ETA: Even when I press other tools (like the brush tool) it still reverts to being that grab/hand thing. :|


Got it fixed; restarted photoshop twice, but it reoccurred, so I laid off of restarting it for about seven minutes and got it up again and it was fine. loll Thanks
