1. Prepare your base, sharpen it and, if it's too dark duplicate it and set to Screen lowering the opacity to your liking.
2. New Fill Layer - Solid Color 5fe3fb set to Soft Light 23%
3. New Color Balance Layer
Settings:
MIDTONES -23, 0, 19
4. New Selective Color Layer
Settings:
REDS -27, 0, 31, 0
YELLOWS 100, 0, -100, 0
CYANS 100, 0, 0, 0
WHITES 13, 0 -18, 0
5. New Hue/Saturation Layer
REDS 0, -23, 0
CYANS 0, 9, 0
6. New Selective Color Layer Lower the opacity to 71% !
Settings:
REDS -30, 0, 0, 0
YELLOWS 16 , 0, -33, 0
WHITES -12, 0, -8, 0
NEUTRALS -9, 0, -40, 0
BLACKS 0, 0, 0, 24
and you're done!
