5 easy steps; seriously =D.
1. take your base and mess about until you are ok with it but don't make it brighter or screen it :).
2. duplicate it and set it to around screen 81%
3.Create a selective colouring layer and use the settings below..
reds. -100/100/-100/0
greens. 100/-100/-100/-38
blues. 0/0/-100/0
magentas. 0/100/0/0
blacks. 0/0/-68/100
4. create two new blank layers and fill them with #e67d9e and #3ae48a
set the first to 42% and the second to 52% (both on soft light)
5. Duplicate your base, bring it to the top and set it to screen 56% (or around that)
