I actually can't get enough of this colouring, so I thought I'd share it :)
Take your base: (Don't use mine)
1. New levels layer:
RGB: 13, 1.17, 255
GREEN: 0, 1.04, 255
BLUE: 0, 1.03, 255
2. New brightness/contast layer
BRIGHTNESS: -12
CONTRAST: 36
15 % opacity and set to soft light
3. Selective colour layer
REDS: -45, 5, 22, 15
YELLOWS: -36, 6, 20, -20
WHITES: 0,0,0, -15
NEUTRALS: -4, 0, -4, 8
4. Colour balance layer:
MIDTONES: 18, 7, -6
SHADOWS: 10, 6, -7
HIGHLIGHTS: -11, 0, 16
5. New fill layer #4e1a0d set to difference 58% opacity
6. Selective colour layer:
REDS: -15, -22, 55, 12
YELLOWS: -40. 0, 23, 23
GREENS: 0, 100, 100, 100
WHITES: -20, 30, 40, -20
NEUTRALS: -10, 1, 7, 4
7. Selective colour layer:
RED: 0, 0, 0, 30
YELLOWS: 0, 0, -40, 0
8. (if your base needs it) set to 35% opacity
Hue/saturation, master sat 30
RED: -4
YELLOW: -4
and you're done.
