Unless you Skip the SC layer which is not needed.

Pre Tutorial:
Grab your base and prepare it any way you wish.
And for this base I only duplicated it and set it to screen 100%.

First Step:
Make a new layer and fill it with #deb098.
And set it to softlight 100%.

Second Step:
Make a Colorblance layer and use the following settings;

Midtones:
-10,-15,-20
Shadows:
+10,+5,-10

Third Step:
Make a Photofilter layer and use the following settings;

Filter:
Cooling Filter (82)
Density: 25%

And set the layers Opacity to 30%.

Last Step:
Make a Selective coloring layer and use the following settings;

Reds:
-60,+20,0,0

Whites:
+20,0,0,0

Blacks:
0,0,0,+10


And thats it. Only four easy steps, and this coloring can also be used on,
Non ugly blue coloring, lol.But anyways if you have any questions feel free to ask them.
