First Step:
Make a new layer and fill it with #fffc00.
And set it to softlight 100%.
Second Step:
Make a new selective coloring layer and use the following settings;
Reds:
-100,0,100,100
Yellows:
-23,+50,-20,0
Magentas:
-100,-100,-100,0
Neutrals:
+67,-19,-70,+13
Third Step:
Make a new selective coloring layer and use the following settings;
Reds:
-100,100,100,100
Yellows:
0,0,-64,0
Neutrals:
0,0,0,+15
Blacks:
0,0,0,+20
Fourth Step:
Make a Brightness/Contrast layer and use the following settings;
Brightness:
-4
Contrast:
+9
Fifth Step:
Make a new selective coloring layer and use the following settings;
Blacks:
0,0,0,+100
Sixth Step:
Make one last new selective coloring layer and use the following settings;
Reds:
-100,+100,+100,+100
Last Step:
Make a new layer and fill it with #a1a19b.
And set it to Multiply 30%.
