1) Take your base and do whatever you want, then duplicate it and set it to Screen at 50%

2) Duplicate your base again and put it as Soft Light at 100%
>> 
3) Create a new Fill Layer with #1c384c, set as Exclusion 100%, and drag it to the top.
>> 
4) Make another fill layer: #bab5b5 with Burn at 100%
>> 
5) Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light 100%
>> 
6) New fill layer with the color #e29339, set to Burn as 20%
>> 
7) Another fill layer: #263232; Dodge at 100%
>> 
8) New fill layer: #c3f0f2; Soft Light at 100%

If the finished image is too dark, duplicate the last step.
