Today we'll be going from this
to this 
1. Start with your base and sharpen it up how you like
2. Duplicate your base and set it to screen at 75%
3. Take this texture by
fakerainbow and set it to screen

4. Take this texture also byfakerainbow and set it to soft light at 34%
- 
5. Take one of my favourite textures by
ohfreckle and set it to multiply
- 
6. Add some tiny text in a good contrasting colour
7. Put on this lightning texture byxswaniconsx and set it to screen

And there you have it! It's pretty simple and straight forward so happy iconing!
