・We all know you crop your base either first or last, so we'll move onto step number 1.

o1; Layer → New Adjustment Layer → Curves
RGB

Mode; exclusion // Opacity; 100%
Fill with; 2B110B

Shadows; -29. -8, +42
Highlights; -6, -4, -2

llnote: you can skip steps 4-6 if you want. they don't make much of a difference but are meant to make it a bit brighter. use them or not, but that depends on your base.ll

o4; Layer → New Adjustment Layer → Hue/Saturation
RGB; 0, +15, 0

And you are done. of course this won't work so well for all your icons, so you will have to play with the settings
