1. Open your base and then you have to (Filter-> Sharpen ->)Sharpen it.
2. Sometimes pictures are to sharpened, so I let it fade. For fading you have to go this way:
Edit -> Fade Sharpen..
I set it down to 50%.. of course it's on you how much you want to let fade!
3. For the next step, you need the (Layer -> New Adjustment Layer ->)Selective Layer - Option.
