Recommended for dark images.
001. Duplicate the first layer twice and set them both to screen. Duplicate only once if your image is not quite as dark.
002. Make a new layer, fill it with the color #200404. Set the layer to exclusion.
003. Make a new Selective Color Layer.
Match my settings:
Cyan: -100
Cyan
Cyan: -16
Magenta: -53
Yellow: -12

Feel free to stop at this point if you like the coloring, I like it all right, but I was aiming for a different feel. xP
005. Create a new Color Balance layer.

001. Duplicate the first layer once and set it to screen.
002. Duplicate first layer and drag to top; set it to soft light at 25% opacity.
003. Duplicate the first layer, keep it where it is! Sharpen it until it looks good. You can change the opacity if it is too strong.
004. Make a new Hue/Saturation Layer. Change the saturation to +31!
005. Make a new Selective Color Layer.
Match my settings:
Yellow
Cyan: +98
Magenta: -40

Black: +19
Whites
Cyan: 100
Magenta: -37
Yellow: +24
Black: -11
Blacks
Cyan: -29
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +53

Mess around with your results! I tried duplicating the Hue/Saturation layer, and it really brought out the blue in the picture.
