USING Photoshop Cs2(my first tutorial) so it might suckk, Sorry ahead of time.
 FIRST.

open your picture.. (obviously xD)

and duplicate your base layer to screen for this image i used 52% (play around with yours)

SECOND

make a selective coloring layer. (layer-- layer adjustment--> selective coloring )

REDS


Cyan- 0
Magenta-0
Yellow-0
Black:58

THIRD

S.C(selective coloring)

REDS


Cyan- (-100)
Magenta:45
Yellow:66

YELLOWS

Cyan: (-100)
Magenta:0
Yellow: 69

NEUTRALS

Cyan: 22
Magneta: 10
Yellow: 20
Black: -16

FOURTH

REDS

Cyan: -68
Magneta: 10
Yellow: 45
Black: 0

YELLOWS


Cyan: -81
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -66
Black:0

NEUTRALS

Cyan: 25
Magenta: -12
Yellow: -17

FIFTH

REDS

Magenta: 0

make a color balance layer (Layer---> new layer adjustment---> Color Balnace)
*Now this part may vary, depending on your picture. So play with the settings.

MIDTONES


Cyans: -31
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 32

SHADOWS

Cyan: -28
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -6

SEVENTH:

another selective coloring.
REDS

Cyan: -17
Magenta: 0
Yellow : 21
